The Story

Top Shelf is our seasonal 50/50 blend, bringing together two origins that each carry a strong identity and natural processes that add depth, sweetness, and character to the cup.

Finca El Jardín in Honduras sits among native shade trees and a diverse, polycultural environment. At elevations between 1,300 and 1,500 meters, it supports experimental lots including Parainema and other hybrids. Mario blends innovation with conservation, using slow-drying techniques and agroforestry practices to create coffees with layered tropical fruit notes, herbal spice, and a silky texture.

Jaguara Farm in Brazil is known for pushing quality through sustainable farming and continuous innovation. Their natural coffees contribute rich chocolate tones, plum-like sweetness, and a smooth comforting body, representing the very best of Brazilian coffee.

Together, these two lots express fruit-forward and juicy notes, while the finish carries rich chocolate depth and long-lasting sweetness, creating a coffee that is both expressive and approachable.
