Our new 50/50 blend is a meeting point between two origins that each carry a strong identity and a natural process that brings depth, sweetness, and character into the cup.
From Ixhuatlán, Veracruz in Mexico, this coffee grows where coastal air meets mountain elevation, creating a unique environment that delivers clarity, structure, and a true sense of place. Processed as a natural and slow-dried over several weeks, it builds a fuller body and a deeper, more layered sweetness with a clean, expressive profile.
On the other side of the blend is Jaguara Farm in Brazil, a producer known for pushing quality forward through sustainable farming and continuous innovation. Their natural coffees are celebrated for rich chocolate tones, plum-like sweetness, and a smooth, comforting depth, with a proven track record at the highest level of Brazilian coffee.
Together, these two lots create a cup that feels both vibrant and luxurious: fruit-forward and juicy at the top, then finishing with a rich chocolate depth and long sweetness.
