The Story

This Adventurous holiday coffee comes from Finca Rincón de los Planes in Mataquesquintla, Guatemala, a 60-hectare farm founded in 1995 and home to varieties such as Gesha, Pacamara, Catuai, Pache, Bourbon, Sarchimor, and Anacafé 14, all grown among orange and lemon trees. With ideal elevation and a favourable climate, the farm continues to refine quality each year through both traditional processing and innovative anaerobic fermentations.

This lot, an anaerobic washed coffee, showcases their dedication to producing unique, high-quality flavour experiences. It brews as an amazing, expressive filter coffee and makes a sweet, bright light-style espresso perfect for the holiday season.
