The Story

Our Ethiopia Gogogu comes from the Gogogu Washing Station in the Kofe district of Guji, southern Ethiopia, a region known for high elevation coffee gardens, rich red soils, and exceptionally expressive coffees. More than 700 smallholder farmers from the surrounding area deliver ripe coffee cherries to the station during harvest. This lot is made up of native Ethiopian heirloom varieties and is processed using the traditional Natural process. Expect a vibrant fruit-forward profile, layered sweetness and floral qualities.
