A natural processed coffee from the village of Bombe in Sidama, Ethiopia, produced by approximately 375 smallholder farmers delivering to the Testi Ayla Washing Station. This coffee contributes vibrant aromatics, refined sweetness, and gentle brightness, adding clarity to the cup.
A natural processed coffee from Serra Negra in Minas Gerais, Brazil. This component provides the foundation of the blend, bringing comforting nutty notes, a smooth heavy body, and a rounded chocolate-like depth that supports both espresso and milk drinks.
