El Salvador - Wilber Dubon - Natural

This microlot comes from La Mina de Willy, a small farm owned and operated by producer Wilber Dubón.

Grown at approximately 1,300 metres above sea level, this lot features Pacamara, one of El Salvador’s most distinctive coffee varieties. Pacamara is a cross between Pacas and Maragogype, originally developed by the Salvadoran Coffee Research Institute, and is known for its large seed size and expressive cup character.

Expect notes of dark chocolate, clove, dried florals, and sugar cane, with a mellow syrupy sweetness and a distinctive boozy acidity.
