Yirgacheffe Konga is one of our more adventurous coffees, designed to showcase the vibrancy and fruit-forward character of this region. We’re reminded of London fog, along with peach, dried cherry and a citrus-like acidity.
Sourced from Sede Washing Station in the Konga microregion, just south of Yirgacheffe town, this natural-processed coffee highlights the region’s signature citrus and fruit notes.
The coffee is grown by smallholder farmers on tiny plots, often alongside other crops, and carefully sorted and dried on raised beds to preserve both quality and character.
