The Story

Ernelio Ortiz owns and manages Finca El Pedrero, a 12-hectare coffee farm nestled in the Montecillos region of Honduras. With around 56,000 coffee trees, mainly Catuai and IHCAFE 90, his farm is dedicated almost entirely to coffee, with a few areas also planted with avocado trees. Coffee has brought positive change to his family’s life and he expressed deep appreciation for the opportunities it’s created.

This lot is a very sweet and well-balanced option for filter brewing.
