Sourced from the Layo Taraga Washing Station in Guji, this coffee reflects the dedication of over 500 smallholder farmers, each cultivating about half a hectare of land near Haro Wachu town in the Uraga District. Founded in 2000, the washing station has become a hub for producing some of the region’s most expressive and sought-after coffees.
This naturally processed lot bursts with character, offering a cup that is both fruity and complex. Expect tropical fruit brightness, floral aromatics, and a smooth toffee-like finish. Its depth and sweetness make it a memorable brew, whether enjoyed as a filter or espresso.
