This coffee comes to us from Natalia Brito and her dedicated team at Fazenda Jaguara, located in the stunning Campo das Vertentes region of Brazil. Over the years, Fazenda Jaguara has become a staple in our lineup, and we’re always excited to collaborate with Natalia and her team.
For this release, we’re featuring a naturally processed Yellow Bourbon varietal from their Jag Berry profile, known for its vibrant berry-like flavours. The unique Brazilian terroir shines through in the cup though, delivering a delightful flavour profile reminding us of sweet chocolate, berries, and praline.
This coffee is an excellent choice for filter brewing, offering a clean and complex experience, while also serving as a slightly lighter yet flavourful option for espresso enthusiasts.
