This coffee comes from the 400 producers that are part of the Lima Coffee Cooperative, run by Rony Lavan.
Rony is a quality driven professional who is helping to raise the quality of coffee that his producers are producing, which really shows in this clean and sweet washed coffee.
We roast this coffee to a level that showcases the sweet caramelized sugars and cocoa but still offers a delicate sweet citrus complexity.
We are loving this lot as an everyday filter coffee.
