This coffee comes to us from the Mundayo Washing Station, situated in Ethiopia’s beautiful West Arsi region. The station works with around 750 smallholder producers who deliver their freshly harvested cherries for processing. At Mundayo, the cherries are carefully floated to remove any damaged or underripe fruit before being dried on raised beds for 21 days, ensuring exceptional quality and flavour in every cup.
We love the vibrant floral and juicy qualities of this coffee, making it a perfect choice for both filter brewing and espresso.
