Colombia - Holguin Family - Inmaculada - Fellows Exotics

The story of Inmaculada Coffee Farms began in 2010 when the Holguin family decided to venture into a specialty coffee project in order to give back to the community and the environment. This is how "Immaculate Coffee Farms" was born.

In 2022, after meeting with struggling producers in Cauca, the Fellows Farms Project was created. Fellows’ farms is an Inmaculada Coffee Farms project inspired and aimed to improve farmers quality of life by helping them to enhance their agronomical and picking practices while combining it with Inmaculada’s know-how and improving their price point.

This lot is part of the Fellow Exotics program. It is a pink bourbon varietal that has been hand sorted, undergone anaerobic fermentation in cherry and dried for 15 days in parabolic dryers.

This meticulous processing showcases a very clean but exciting profile that reminds us of sweet, floral, tropical candy.
