Franco Silva is the proud owner of Finca Los Cocos, located in the San Ignacio district of Cajamarca, Peru. The farm holds both Organic and Fair Trade certifications as well as a keen focus on sustainable practices.
Spanning 10 hectares, Finca Los Cocos has 1.5 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation, featuring approximately 5,000 coffee trees. The farm yields an annual coffee production ranging from 2,450 to 2,700 kilograms.
This lot is a blend of caturra and bourbon varieties that has been depulped and put through a wet fermentation period of 20 hours before being fully washed and patio dried for 15 to 20 days. We find this coffee delightful as a filter option, offering a sweet and easy drinking experience.
