Import Partner - Forest Coffee

From Brayan Alvear in Colombia we have an exciting new coffee. The coffee is grown on Brayan's farm in San Adolfo, Huila and other neighbouring farms. The coffee is picked at peak ripeness, then processing starts with pre-fermentation in plastic bags for 24 hours, followed by an additional 24 hours of aerobic fermentation in cherry. The cherries are then de-pulped and anaerobically fermented in containers with ground, freeze dried strawberries. After fermentation is complete, the coffee is dried for 10 days using mechanical dryers.
This coffee showcases big juicy strawberry flavours and is an exciting filter option or a crazy espresso option, especially with milk.
