50% Nicaragua - Washed

50% Guatemala - Natural

Our freshly updated Element blend showcases notes of juicy pineapple and orange upfront that is quickly accompanied by rich almond and nougat.

The washed Nicaraguan coffee comes from Beneficio Las Segovias, run by Luis Alberto, and consists of coffees from multiple farmers from the  Nuevo Segovia region. 

The natural processed lot is from many small producers from around El Boqueron, Santa Rosa in Guatemala. The cherries are picked ripe and dried on terraces from 20-23 days.

Both of these coffees come together to make an enjoyable cup in all brew methods.
