50% Honduras, Ernelio Ortiz - Finca El Pedrero - Anaerobic Natural
Ernelio Ortiz is the owner and manager of Finca El Pedrero, located in the Montecillos area of Honduras. Spanning 12 hectares, the farm is predominantly dedicated to coffee cultivation, with smaller areas featuring avocado trees. Ernelio estimates that he has around 56,000 coffee trees, primarily of the Catuai and IHCAFE 90 varieties. He expressed his appreciation for coffee and its positive impact on his family's quality of life.
50% Guatemala, Finca Pampojilá - Anaerobic Natural
Finca Pampojilá, established in the 1850s by Manuel and Monica Diaz, is a historic agricultural estate in Guatemala. Over the years, it has received numerous national accolades. In 2010, the farm suffered damage from tropical storm Agatha and was subsequently sold by the Diaz family to Agropecuaria Atitlán. Finca Pampojilá is affiliated with the Association of Private Natural Reserves of Guatemala, with half of its land dedicated to preserving its natural tropical forest environment.
These two coffees come together to produce a sweet fruity flavour profile with subtle spices and dark chocolate.

How does it work?
This is a recurring subscription of a 340g bag of TopShelf, with a recurring charge each billing period, at the frequency you decide.
You select how many bags you would like to receive and how often.
Ordering multiple subscriptions or other individual items? Subscriptions must be ordered individually. This allows us to easily manage each individual subscription.
All subscriptions must complete a minimum of billing 3 cycles, at the frequency selected by the customer at the time of purchase. After 3 billing cycles the customer may cancel, edit or pause their subscription.
When will I receive my order?
Subscriptions are always roasted fresh to order and shipped out within our regular shipping timeframes, Mondays to Fridays.
How do I cancel or make changes to my subscription?
Changes or cancellations to subscriptions must be applied prior to a billing date. Orders that are confirmed are not eligible for exchange, cancellation or refund. Throughout the year as the price of coffee fluctuates the price of the subscription may also fluctuate slightly.
