The Story

Alto El Vapor is run by Maira Solis and her three children: Delfina, Eduardo, and Davila. Delfina handles operations and pricing, Eduardo manages picking and milling, and Davila, currently studying Bioprocess Engineering, plans to apply her knowledge to the farm.

Maira has grown coffee her entire life. After years of learning and attending workshops, the family realized their goal of starting a micro-mill and deepening their involvement in coffee processing.

This lot is an anaerobic natural processed catuai that showcases a sweet and juicy profile especially well when brewed on filter methods.Â
