Their farms are planted with an impressive range of cultivars, including Caturra, Bourbon, Villa Sarchi, Maragogype, and the celebrated Kenyan variety SL-28.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor this lot, ripe SL-28 cherries are carefully harvested, sorted, and delivered to the family’s micromill, where they undergo Cerro San Luis’ White Honey Process. The cherries are promptly depulped before the coffee is placed in thin layers on raised beds for the first stage of drying.
