Import Partner/Export Partner - Forest Coffee

We are excited to have Black Condor back in our line up for a limited time. We purchased this coffee through Forest Coffee who export amazing specialty coffee from Colombia.

Forest Coffee has different series of coffees that they offer including:

• Estate Series (coffees from their farmsEl Vergel
• Partner Series (showcasing coffees from other partner farms across Colombia)
• Competition and Innovation Series (unique coffees produced and processed using experimental methods, looking to improve and cross the boundaries they know about coffee.

This lot is from their partner series and is grown on more than 40 farms in the Tolima region. The coffee is all washed processed separately before being delivered to La Roma farm where it is all mixed and dried together. La Roma farm is run by Emanuel and Valentina and sits at 1920 meters above sea level. 

We love this coffee as both a filter and espresso; it showcases delicious sweet and rich flavours.
