75% Guatemala - Natural

25% Peru - Washed

Our 2024 edition of Element is here and is a perfect filter option.

The natural processed lot is from many small producers from around El Boqueron, Santa Rosa in Guatemala. The cherries are picked ripe and dried on terraces from 20-23 days. 

We then blend it with a clean and incredibly sweet washed coffee from Lima Coffee in Peru. 

Both of these coffees come together to make an enjoyable coffee.
