Chelbessa Washing Station, located in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia is a family-owned and operated washing station that produces consistently outstanding coffees. Producers in this region have farmed coffee for generations and are committed to using the best chemical-free cultivation methods. The end result is a stand-out coffee.
 
The cherries for this coffee are delivered to the washing station by farmers around the region. The coffee cherries are then washed, sorted and dried on raised beds. 
We love this coffee as both a juicy filter option and a bright and syrupy espresso option.
